Strict Hiring Standards
*Minimum of 3–5 years of clean driving experience
*Prior experience working with children preferred or required
*Must pass a multi-stage interview and reference checks
Ongoing Driver Monitoring
*Continuous background monitoring throughout employment
*Regular DMV record updates
*Drug and alcohol testing as needed
Comprehensive Training
*Certified child passenger safety training
*CPR & First Aid certification
*Defensive driving and emergency response training
Personality & Trustworthiness
*Drivers are selected not only for skill, but for warmth, professionalism, and reliability
*Strong communication skills with both parents and children
In-Vehicle Safety Standards
*Drivers are trained to inspect car seats and boosters for proper installation
*Adherence to Siren Safe's detailed Safety protocols before every ride
